Education : Family Education
Or Shalom puts an emphasis on Family Education. Committee members attend CAJE seminars to bring back the latest concepts in Family Education.
Some of the programs that are currently in place for Family Education include:
- Class Shabbat dinners
- Together for Shabbat (families take turns celebrating the Friday night Seder at each other's home, and sharing their favorite traditions)
- Family Havdalah services
- Storytellers
